At AB Stores LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to provide premium kitchen, coffee, grill, and outdoor cooking products throughout the United States.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories

  • The item must not show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products and supplier agreements, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Special order items

  • Installed or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper installation

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Certain manufacturers may also have brand-specific return restrictions. These conditions will be communicated when applicable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gourmethorizon.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, parts shipment, repair assistance, or refund depending on the situation and manufacturer policies.

Please do not ship products back without receiving return instructions and authorization from our team.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Depending on the manufacturer or supplier, products may need to be returned to different warehouse locations.


Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The return is caused by an error on our part

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

For large freight items such as outdoor kitchens, grills, or commercial appliances, restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Refund amounts may be adjusted for:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Missing parts or damaged packaging

  • Products returned in non-original condition


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

If an order has already shipped or entered production, cancellation fees or shipping charges may apply.

Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
